The Glory Wraps mask is two layers, with a filter pocket and a nose piece. The outer layer is a denim while the inner layer is cotton. These are a hybrid between the contoured masks and the surgical style masks, but more contoured than the latter. The ear loops are elastic. I ordered a large which is not big enough and I’m not sure the extra large would have been big enough, based on how the large felt. They offer sizes small through extra large and a handful of fabric options/types. These are made in Texas.
